Individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:


Confidential Individual therapy tailored to the specific needs of the client. An appropriate CBT model is used to explore and address the particular distress. Individual CBT is appropriate for: Anxiety, OCD, social phobia, panic, agorophobia, PTSD, depression, bipolar affective disorder, psychosis, alcohol and substance misuse, gambling addiction, eating disorders and anger management.


Educational and Training Packages:


Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - A half/full day teaching session introducing the principles of CBT. An understanding of the role of the assessment, formulation, socratic dialogue and the Cognitive model will be gained, along with an awareness of the role of current research within Cognitive therapy.


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Physical Conditions - A half/one/two day teaching session suitable for anyone involved in the management of depression, anxiety and physical health problems. The course provides an introduction to CBT, therefore a background in mental health is not necessary.


Brief Anger Management Therapy - A half/full day teaching session on effective therapeutic techniques for managing anger. You will gain an understanding of a range of cognitive therapeutic strategies for both anger suppression and anger expression problems.

CBT and Chronic Fatigue/ME - A full day workshop for health professionals. You will gain an understanding of the CBT model when treating people with CFS/ME and an understanding of the research relating to treating this challeging group.


Clinical Supervision:


Individual or group caseload supervision for qualified therapists or those seeking qualification.


Back to work scheme:


This option is ideal for the employee, whose absence or loss of productivity through stress, fatigue, depression, anxiety or drug use etc. would cause the company financial loss. Customers are closely consulted to establish an efficient process that matches their needs. The aim of the intervention is to put control back into the hands of the organisation by delivering a time effective solution.
